Does this include the magnets and the zip ties?

Yes. Mine included the magnets and everything you need to mount the magnets to the wheel spokes and to the crank arm. I've been using it for a couple of years now and it's performed without issues.

Funny, newegg asked me to answer the question since I had bought one, but I have no idea. It works though - with all of my Garmins and I have three different models of Garmin.
