No it is not preloaded with an OS. I purchased Server 2016 independently from the T30.

what kind of video output jack does  this server have?

It is HDMI only. I bought an HDMI to VGA converter to handle the video needs I had.

I will also not that I have had trouble with the video output on this computer. When logged on to the Linux install (Fedora 30, LXDE flavor) it will go through periods of the screen briefly blanking out several times in a row. No pattern to it and I've been unable to come up with a cause. I've used HDMI monitors (3 different ones) and HDMI to VGA monitors (2 different monitors) with the same results. Over time it's gotten to be less problematic and I suspect it's flawed hardware for the video output. I expect eventually I will have to add an after market card.

Also, it's not as fast/efficient as expected. There seems to be some sort of memory or CPU bottleneck in the board itself (or this flawed video is acting as an impediment even when the video display has been stopped by OS settings blanking the display).

Question 3

Does this product come with 4 processors as stated in specifications or does it come with single processor? Trying to figure out for Windows Server licensing purposes.

It does not state four processors, it states it is a four core processor. One physical processor with 4 cores. So for Microsoft purposes it is a single processor pc.

What is the RAM configuration installed? 1 x 8GB? 2 x 4GB? 4 x 2GB?

Dell Configurator says 8GB (1x8GB) 2400MT/s DDR4 ECC UDIMM and that is exactly how mine came.  The machine will take up to 64GB (4X16).

can i run a minecraft server with this?

Yes, all you really need is Java. If you don't connect to play minecraft on the same machine, you don't even need any good video as you can admin in the termnal window or admin remote.

I'd question how many users could connect and play minecraft. The one I bought is used as a generalized, multi-purpose server. I have many people connecting to this as a file server with ok results, but I also have a tokenized ruby application that is accessed via apache cgi that is a bit slow (this same app runs much faster on another, higher end server).

Will this accept a full size graphics card such as a Tesla K20?

Not totally familiar with the Tesla K20, but the PowerEdge T30 has the following slots:

PCI Express x16 slot (wired as x4)
PCI Express x4 slot
PCI slot
PCI Express x16 Gen 3 slot

I installed Microsoft Server 2016 Essentials. I run a small company and Server 2016 was affordable and provided all of the features required for file sharing and back ups in a small office.

Yes, and windows server as well. No issues when loaded or running.

If I wanted to buy another hardrive to mirror the 1TB serial ATA that is in there, what should I buy?

Mine came with a Seagate 1TB, BarraCuda, ST 1000DM010. I purchased one more and mirrored using windows. Been working great.
