You can buy a separate PlayStation Camera and Move controllers for motion controls similar to the Kinect. There aren't many games that support it, though.

previous poster is wrong. the label says 100-240V 50-60hz so you can use a plug adapter or different cord.

does this sys tem come with any kind of headset or ear bud so your van play with other people who are not with you?

It does come with a rather generic mono earbud/mic accessory.  Which I took one look at... and decided this just wouldn't do for my needs.  Even a casual gamer will need some kind of third-party headset.  I went with the "Turtle Beach Stealth 400" mainly for pricepoint and wireless features.  But you can find some other decent lower-price headsets also.

Can you still play the ps1 - ps3 games on this also?

Not with the discs you bought. You can play some games via Playstation Now which is a streaming service (so the game runs on their servers and you stream your control input and video from the server)

I ordered this online and it showed up in a white box that says "Not for Resale" on it. I have never seen these in stores. Is this normal?

NO...NO...NO. Both the PS4 and XBOX CAN NOT stream 4K content. Both Need a HEVC h.265 decoder to work. If you have a 4K TV and a good internet connection, that is the way I plan on going.
