has this item been release earlier when i check it says coming soon now it say out of stock . have they release it already?

I just got selected for it for the shuffle. I wouldn't buy this. It does not come with 2 controllers as the picture shows but is exactly priced for two controllers. Newegg is upcharging 70 bucks for this bundle.
