Can I use this to charge my controller off a PC, while at the same time continuing to control my Xbox One with it? I know that if I plug the controller directly into the console to charge it turns off the controller's wireless and transmits the signal over the charge cable instead, but will it do the same thing if I plug it into a PC or will I be able to continue using the Xbox One?

Just tested this personally and yes it does work. Controller plugged into PC and still controlling XboxOne. I only tested with the play and charge cable as it has the indicator light to show when fully charged.
