These disc-chargers are actually a bit better and more efficient (from my experience) with an S9+. The other kind, the ones that have you lean the phone onto a stand, are good but they're finicky. This one has a wider stance and has a blue light when charging and a green light when the phone completes the charging process.

Like any wireless charging device this will only charge phones with wireless charging capabilities. Check your owners manual or provider to see if your phone can be charged wirelessly before purchasing.
