does this headset come with different ear pieces?????

Yes, this unit comes with 3 separate ear pieces, I believe. There is a hard foam ear piece, small rubber, and large rubber ear piece. I use the large rubber piece and have the other two in the box...somewhere in my house! But I love the TriStar. I work from home for a very large call center. I have a disability with one ear and no hearing in the other. This one works best for me!
