The description for this Only says PS3, can it actually be used on a PS4 system?  Has anyone verified this?

I  have not yet had a chance to use my PS plus membership.  However, it says in small print, approximately in the middle of  the front side of my card that it can be used with the PS4.

Keep in mind, that my card came bundled with the PS4 game bundle.  I am not sure what is printed on the PS plus membership card that someone can buy separately.

Hi, will I get the code immediately upon purchase or will there be a physical card shipped to me?

Physical card was received when I purchased the bundle.  Don't know if you are purchasing the card only.

Will I be sent the PlayStation Plus 1 Year Membership through the mail, or will I receive an email that gives me the code to put into my PlayStation 4?

I got both of mine in the mai. I bought 2 of them for $39.99 each they're hard to get at that price if you can get them at that price I would buy 2

Yes, most definitely.  It's well worth it and I've been a member since it came out for PS3.

Will this work for the PS4 or only the PS3?

All psn plus cards are good for the account and affects ps3, ps4 and ps vita and they can be used in succession. Like if you get 2 cards then it will be 2 years instead of having to enter them year after year

do the free games expire each month?

No they don't. You get to keep the free games for as long as your subscription is active.  You can delete and re-download for free at any time. If your subscription to plus goes inactive you loose access to the game until you resubscribe and your access is then restore.  The trick is you have to download the games to "purchase them" at the free price.  Once you have "purchased" them they are yours for as long as you have an active sub.

Am I obligated to use it immediately, or can I wait until next year?

you can wait until next year, or use it immediately, also they stack on top of each other, so it would add to your current
also turn off auto renew unless you want sony to charge your account when it expires, they keep turning it on every time you add one

so will it ask me to download it the 12 games every month or I Can just expect it to be there when I wake up?

To download the free games (2 games per month per console, total of 48 games for ps3 and ps4), you will need to go to the Playstation Store app on the console. There will be a section called "Playstation Plus" from there, you will have an option to download the free games.

Do you have to start your membership now or can you wait until Christmas to start your 12 months?

Your time starts when you redeem the code and you can redeem the code at any time.

My plus expires 4/1/2014 will this add on,or do I have to wait to use it. Does it have an expiration limit?

It usually will extend  it, when u enter it on Playstation  store account info
