My astro mixamp cable is a 2.5mm cable but the xbox one stereo adapter port is 3.5mm. Will this work for it?

Don't know for sure, but if the fittings on both ends are the right size then should work as what makes this cable special to anything u could buy is that you cut the rings this has three rings meaning you have three different lines. You need a left channel, right channel and a Mic channel for ps4 and that us what this cable gives you. Most you find else where have one or two channels not three. Should work if fittings are the correct size.
