Does anyone know the inside dimensions of the bag? My laptop is 12" exactly

my 13.4" by 9.2" by 1.2" Lenovo T430 will fit and seems to be mostly flat against the side of the case once it is in.  Have to put it through the opening diagonally, but once inside it fits, so one inside dimension is more than 13".  Call that the length, the width is 11.5-11.75" and the height is about 3"

12"x12"x3" roughly and I'd say water resistant rather than water-proof, it's fine for if it's raining, but I wouldn't drop it in the pool :)
