My doorbell has a buzzing sound at the outside it rings on my phone but hissing sound is always there How can I fix this?.

Try disconnecting the door intercom unit, taking it to where the Panasonic controller unit is and connecting it directly to the controller unit with a short cable (disconnect the cable that runs to the door). If the noise disappears, then there's something faulty with the cable that runs from the main unit to the door location.
