I have a Audio Headphone ( AKG K545 ) that comes w/ a Mic cable for Mobile Phones( iPhone/Android ). Will This cable adapter helps turn my Headphone into a Headset for PC gaming and voice chatting?

I tried to use this for my Kids Portapro KTCs with no luck, others who have used this same product with Beats by Dre products have had similar issues. It comes down to impedance mismatches which aren't published from either side. See the StarTech product page and comments for more info.

Question 2

Can this support Razer Headsets because the jack ain't color labeled .-.???

as long as what you're plugging into this connector is a standard four-pin headset (head phones and mic) then it should work. The male plugs aren't color coded, but they have stamped on them which is headphone and which is mic.

Question 3

Is this Headset Splitter compatible (does it work with) a Roccat Syva headset? (Specifically: Will the built-in microphone work with this?)

I hate to sound generic but this is a 4-pole to 3-pole splitter.  Meaning it should work totally fine and the mic should work. I personally have 4 headsets (Apple, BassBuds, Klipsh and V-Moda) and every single one of them works great with my computer (Skype, etc.).  Hope that helps!  :-/

I notice that the description does not specify a size, so how long is it exactly?

It's about 2 inches long,  it is not long enough to double as an extension. It comes in a small package that fits in the palm of your hand, for scale.
