Does it suffer from the "20 pin issue" where it back-feeds power into the GPU preventing proper shutdown?

This is a custom build.  Windows 10 Intel i7 9700K on an Asus z390 motherboard, Graphics Card - Sapphire Nitro Radeon R9 380x DDR4 4GB, Asus VG248 24" monitor.  Absolutely no issues so far.  Built in February 2019. By the time the monitor is turned on and the box is started, the screen is up and waiting for login.  We shut it down every night.   It shuts down right away - no delay what so ever.  The first display port cable I bought failed within a week.  This Belkin has been working just fine.
