Thankfully, No. I had a touchscreen and rarely used its features. I bought this Acer because it wasn’t a touchscreen - and am very happy with it.

Is the hard drive and ram upgradeable?

Yes and yes...I bought four for our office and upgraded all four by adding m.2 ssds and additional RAM. The HDD is also upgradable. You have to do some disassembly, difficulty rating - 6 out of 10.

Does this computer have blue tooth and how many usb ports?
