This is a pretty quiet setup but there is some noise that comes from the fan. Nothing too noisy though.

Only issue I've had with this computer is that it crashes playing Fallout 4, but I think it's the game because witcher 3 doesn't crash and is more demanding.

Question 2

So I have the Hard Drive in and I was told to not insert any disks and let it start up but I kicks me to the BIOS screen. What am I doing wrong?

If you just got this brand new please make sure to check that your ssd is in fact plugged in. It comes unplugged in the package.

Can the power supply be replaced before the purchase?

This is something to ask the seller. Mine appears to be built from other off the shelf parts from different manufacturers, so maybe they'll accommodate you, but normally it also comes in one piece.

Mine included a Cooler Master Elite RGB keyboard mouse combo that wasn't advertised, FYI

Hello, unfortunately for this board it only offers support for multi card - Cross Fire Support which is only with AMD.

Would need to change GPU as well, i would check out thier X99 systems, looks like they use SLI boards which allow for upgrade of dual GPU.

Is there anyway you could provide information on the number and types of ports on the machine? Also the type of case?

For an otherwise great computer, I was a bit disappointed by the small number of USB ports, especially for a fast computer that obviously will be used for gaming with addon devices.  It comes equipped with 2 USB 2 ports and 1 USB 3 port on the front, and 2 of each on the rear panel.  However, the motherboard does have sockets to add an additional 2 of each type of port to brackets on the rear slots.  You can buy these connectors and brackets relatively cheaply and all you have to do is plug them in with no adjustments to the BIOS or anything.  I did this right away so that I now have enough ports to cover all the addons I use with my flight simulator programs.

The case is an In Win case made by ABS, which is Newegg's house brand.    It's all metal with a sliding glass panel on the front, and, as pictured, a plastic window on one side that enables you to look into the chassis.  Convenient to check on something without opening the case.  It has supports on the bottom which raise the grill area in the center bottom off the surface it is sitting on, which helps with air circulation.  All in all, I like the case.
