I have connected a PSU and installed memory. Keyboard lights up in a few seconds but no video. Plugged in 24 Pin and both CPU power 4+4...this is the 2nd barebones PC. What should I try? Does this need a separate video card?

idk if your issue has been solved but i have seen people mention having to update the bios

Does it come with 3 case fans (two in the front and one in the rear) as shown in picture #7? Does the front of the case open? Is there a way to put a DVD burner in it?

1. It comes with three fans, one with RGB lighting in the rear and two in the front without RGB lighting. 2. The front of the case does not open. 3. I don't see a way of putting a DVD burner into it.

Is there a psu on it?

No it is case motherboard and processor

Does this need a graphics card, or what is already installed?
