Can I use my wi-fi with this tower and my magic jack ?

The HP 500-200 has a built in wireless-N adapter so it should easily connect to your Wi-Fi network using windows 8 network configuration wizards. I'm not sure about the magic jack. My understanding of the magic jack is that it connects to a router via Ethernet cable, and to the phone line(s), and the computer is not part of the setup. (except maybe for configuration through USB?)

what's the maximum DDR3 memory can I put into this PC? Can I put 2 of the 8GB Ram to make it 16GB Ram in the memory slots ?

Two (slots) total on motherboard. 4 GB ram total on 32-bit opearting system (2 x 2) and 16 GB ram total on 64-bit operating system (2 sticks at 8 GB each) but you would not ever use 16 GB ram on this machine. I would personally use 2 sticks of 4 GB ram that were exactly the same sticks in all specifications to maximize ram performance and I would not waste my money going more than 8 GB ram total on this machine and again use the exact same 2 sticks no matter what because it is a dual-channel ram setup and if I went 64-bit operating system I would not go 12 GB ram total either, keep both sticks the exact same manufacturer. I would use Crucial to minimize possibility of memory problems if it were my machine.

Does this use a standard power supply? I'm thinking upgrading video card might require a more powerful power supply. ( HP usually has 250-300 watt )

Yes it is a standard power supply and easy to upgrade, comes with a 300 watt, I upgraded mine to a 525 watt to accomadate a powerful video card for gaming

Yes this PC does have a wireless card on a micro PCI slot like on laptops, works great too! I do recomend this PC very good price for this core i3 PC.

is it possible to have the motherboard specs? Or at least if there is a pci express x16 and the memory speeds accepted.

Wondering the same. I found this HP spec page for motherboard model IPM87-MP, which looks to match Neweggs open case photo. It's a PCI Express x16 slot (Gen 3.0) and Supports the following memory: PC3 10600 (DDR3-1333) PC3 12800 (DDR3-1600)
To look for yourself Google "HP Pavilion 500-200t CTO Desktop" select third link down, then product info, then product spec, finally motherboard spec :)

Yes, if you look at the picture of the back of the computer, you can see 2 Blue colored USB ports with the USB symbol with an SS over them.  Blue USB and/or the SS is used to distinguish from USB 2.0 since the form is otherwise the same.
