Does this come with complete Win 7 disks?

Windows 7already loaded. All you have to do is validate it with the refirb product key that's right on the case. Not sure what your definition of complete is, but be on the internet and be ready to download a number of updates. They (MS) also makes available free Office readers and security. You're free to make your own judgement on those components worth to you. All-in-all, fairly easy setup. I was on the web immediately reading my mail. I'm using the system for entertainment, so transferring CDs and I downloaded the iCloud manager to keep my "Eye candy" sync-ed. We'll worth the price I paid.

no, but... get a $35 low profile video card make sure it comes with the low profile bracket. (newegg wont let me send the product link in this response)
and it works pretty good.... I can still run my workstation on 1 monitor, and I have a 42"flat pannel playing footage thru the hdmi port on the other on the other.
simple install. 
cheap to do.

Can this connect to a wireless system at our business?

You are going to need to have to buy a low profile wireless pci card or a wireless usb adapter. Wifi is not built in

Yes, It has a DVD drive (Not RW) and Windows media player. Though the one I ordered cam with a different case that's meant to lay flat on its side and the DVD drive was placed in a way that the computer had to be upside-down if stood up in order for it to properly hold DVD's.

2)- It says usage is business, can it be used for home?
3)- Is the Windows 7 a M/S registered software?
4)- Is there a cd to restore the system if it crashes?

2. depends on what you want it to do.  don't expect too much for $100. I got this for my 9 yr old; he uses it to browse the internet and play minecraft.  works fine.

Can't tell by pic does it have hdmi?

No HDMI. It has on-board graphics Intel Q965/Q963 with a digital video interface installed in the PCIe slot, Manufacturer Part# : FT114 Dell Part# : 320-5625. Also if the video card were to be upgraded, it would require a low profile adapter due to the size of the box.  It also has 1 available PCI slot.

Is there an Ethernet port to connect to the internet?

Yes, there is a ethernet port behind... also it has like 10 usb ports. Based on its price it's a good deal.

What is the speed of the attached ethernet?  Will it allow 25-50 mb per second as supplied from Comcast?

hmmm i can only guess it's the standard 100mbps that is pretty standard with any NIC.  for most residential, the slowest part is the home ISP.  hope that helps.

Is the memory DDR2 & are there open slots?

It uses DDR2 memory but both slots are occupied with 1 GB chips.  The computer can hold a maximum of 4 GB ram.

yes i bought one around xmas its all included,windows was fresh install,then you register it on line.It runs good.Pentium D is a single core,it you find the same refurbished one,with a dual core there much faster.for 15 20 bucks more. If you get the same dell in a full tower case you,ll like that more,it has a much bigger power supply,and more easy to upgrade.I know i Bought one of those also.I love that one.It was only 25 bucks more,very fast.Bigger hard drive also,and dual core.
