Q: What kind of graphics card does it come with?

For starters, the description says 2.7GHz which I thought would be the E5400 processor. However, mine showed up with the E5700 processor running at 3.0GHz (pleasant surprise). Mine has both VGA and DVI output, and from the outside it looks like it may have a dedicated graphics card, but upon opening the case, it does not. Uses the graphics built into the CPU. The installed board basically just provides a DVI output. It has not processing on it. Came with a Windows 7 CD for refurbished PC's. Being a little paranoid, I did a format and reinstalled Windows 7 using the supplied disk. Just be sure to note what Enet, wireless, etc... components to make sure you get the correct drivers after the format.

Q: What are the dimensions of the tower?

This is more of a normal desktop that can be set on its side like a tower. If you do so though CD/DVD's can be tricky. Can't seem to find my ruler but it is smallish even for a standard desktop box. It is definitely meant to be a desktop as the logo is so oriented.

Does this have wifi?

No it does not.  After I bought mine I purchased a USB Wifi Adapter.  With that I was able to enable wifi on the computer.

It has an internal LAN Ethernet card. Myself I purchased a "Edimax EW-7811Un 150 Mbps Wireless 11n Nano Size USB Adapter with EZmax Setup Wizard" and am using my existing wireless network.

1)There is not a wireless network card included, but a USB adapter for one is very cheap <$15. It does come with a wired internet port (LAN).
2) There is a disk drive compatible with CD and DVD, but I cannot remember if there is an SD slot. I gave it to a relative as a gift. In general the USB to SD adapter is very cheap and can be bought on newegg for less than $10.

As a side note, this computer is fast but I would recommend a larger HDD, since 120gb is a little small in my opinion. If 120gb is good to you, opt for an ssd and you can have a boot time less than 10 seconds.
