Hi Courtiney.  The easy way to install an operating system on this device is from a USB thumb drive.  If you don't have one of these you should be able to get one, 4GB or larger, at any electronics or office supply store.

Once you have one follow the instructions on Microsoft Media Creation tool page to download the Microsoft Media Creation Tool and run it on another Windows PC where you have the thumb drive plugged in, then choose the version of Windows you got a license key for, and the tool will download and install that to the thumb drive.  Newegg won't let me include a link to the Media Creation Tool in this comment, so you'll have to Google for it.  It is free.

Once the tool finishes writing the USB drive, insert the drive into a USB port in the Zotac and boot it and you should go to the Windows install screen.  If that doesn't work, you may need to press Del or F2 (I don't recall which key it is on the Zotac, but the first screen you see should say) to go into the BIOS settings and look for a setting to change the boot order to start with the USB drive.
