Not too familiar with running tuners but unit seems powerful enough.  This is a very quiet machine.  It is also the fastest CPU I've had in regards to boot time.  Not sure you would need an upgrade in that respect.

It does specify mouse type and keyboard type as USB so I'm fairly certain the answer to your question is yes this computer includes a keyboard and mouse.

Can we get it with 8gb of RAM?

These computers are sold as is. If you want to possibly upgrade to 8GB of RAM you'll need to contact ASUS about this computer and request one built with 8GB of RAM. Otherwise buy it and take it to a technician and have them install another 4GB of memory OR do it yourself if you know how :) Do note that if anyone but the manufacturer or an authorized ASUS dealer/repair shop installs this upgrade for you, you risk voiding your warranty.

This comes with Windows 8 as it says. You may downgrade, but according to most manufacturers this voids the warranty, but keep in mind upgrading to 8.1 frrom 8 does not as this is technically an update not an upgrade or downgrade (Windows 7 would be a downgrade, though we all know to most of us that is truly an upgrade ;) ) You may be able to contact ASUS directly and request this machine with Windows 7 for an extra price, with some or no changes in your agreement between ASUS and you. More then likely they will turn you down though because it's in with the new and out with the old.
