Is a 230W power supply really enough to power this PC? I've seen recommendations for having 430W for an i5 and a 1060. For that matter, is the power supply able to be replaced?

I don't think you can upgrade the PSU, but I've been gaming heavily on this machine for a year now,  with no issues. Games I play frequently; Fortnite, PUBG, and Overwatch. All on highest settings and no issues. Although, I did upgrade to 16gbs of RAM, and a 500gb M.2 Sata III SSD. I left the original HDD in as storage. Even before upgrades,  PSU didn't give me problems.

Yes, although the memory is tucked away under the thermal pipes for the GPU, so it is a bit of surgery.

Can you upgrade this computer?

Yes, sort of. The CPU and GPU are both soldered, but you can fairly easily replace the (moderately awful) HD with another 2.5 drive or ad an M.2 SATA III flash drive on the socket on the board. Many of those drives include cloning software, which makes it fairly easy to change over. You. can also upgrade the memory, but it requires removing the cooler and heat pipe for the GPU, so I haven't done that yet. Unlike some rumors that float about, per ASUS Support, neither of these things void the warranty, so long as you don't break anything. OF NOTE- when taking the many screws out of the casing, DO NOT REMOVE the screws with TRIANGLES next to them- that will drop the drive straight down onto the motherboard. Also, open slowly, as there are some cables that run between the two halves.
