My experience has been that playing Online Games like Warzone etc for hours on end there is no cooling or fan issues, the machine is solid.
However, with that said, there are plenty of aftermarket cooling options available try looking up corsair or any other brand, search newegg for cooling fans etc... and you can certainly add additional cooling if you feel you need to do so.

Yes.  It has a drive cage at the bottom next to the power supply, sized for 2 3.5" hard drives.  There is a spot for a front case fan that would provide a little bit of cooling airflow over the drives as well.
