What is the set up process you have to go through when this PC arrives?

It's mostly just removing packaging. There's packing foam inside and surrounding the case, and the rest is just plugging it in and booting it up. Windows is already installed on the SSD.

You'll most likely need to get a new CPU fan/liquid cooling though. It comes with one that doesn't fit in the case by about an inch, so they just left it floating around the case unsecured. I had to replace it with a slimmer liquid cooling system after I noticed their incompatible one was grinding against its own fan.

Does this have DVI?

Yes, there is a DVI port in addition to a HDMI port (which can be used as DVI with an adapter, not included).  Several display ports are also included.

I've only used the HDMI port.

does this come with the keyboard and cables? Is any monitor compatible? Thanks. Walt

It does come with a keyboard and mouse. It also comes with a power cord for the tower and it came with an adapter for the monitor. I was confused at first because my monitor cable would not plug into the tower directly and then I saw the adapter plug. I was able to plug my monitor cable in to it and then plug the adapter to ther tower. I hope this was helpful.

Does this PC come assembled or is it self assembled?

Comes assembled. 
Mine was great except that the USB wireless dongle was located inside the case, and needed to be moved to a USB port outside. Then everything worked fine. On inside (original location) it worked but had a poor wireless connection and didn't work for online gaming BF4

can it support 3 or 4 monitors?

We have not had more than one monitor at a time connected to it, so I cannot really say for certain.

The card specifications indicated that it will support up to four monitors, but those are the specifics from NVidia for the 970.  How the different card manufacturers will set up the individual cards will likely vary between how many ports and of what type they will provide.

In other words, you probably better find out for sure which manufacturer is being used for the card and read those specifications.  In any case, you will probably need to plan on adapters from one output port type to another as the cards tend to provide a variety of ports rather than all one type. Ex. RGB, HDMI, Display Port, DVI, etc.  The card we had was supplied with two HDMI and a couple of others, but the machine is somewhere else so I cannot check.  It was an MSI card, that I remember.

With the most common monitors out there supporting HDMI, I'm not sure why there is not one out there with four HDMI ports, but I'm no graphics card expert.  Maybe there is a reason and maybe there is.

Summary.  Read the specs and make sure you get what you want or can make it work to suit your needs.  I usually buy these types of systems as a starting point and customize as needs arise.

Is the operation system installed in SSD?

I don't have access to a direct internet connection and must rely on a wireless router to get internet. Does this set up come with a wireless card?

Yes. In my case a Realtek RTL8811AU 802.11ac USB adapter mounted internally. Signal strength and throughput are good, but it's only three feet from the wifi router. I run cabled, so I haven't tested the wifi connection quality except to verify that it works.

It's prebuilt - no need to do anything but pop it open and take out the packaging they put in to allow for safe transport.
