Is there an HDMI port? Can I hook this up to a television instead of a monitor?

It has a DisplayPort which is a newer technology (or so I'm told)I have ordered a display port to hdmi cable (under $10.00) which will let you do want you want. I'm doing the same set up going  to my 1080 tv. There are  hdmi/displayport adaptes r which are really cheap and lets you do the same thing. Do a little search and you will come up with the best option. Hope this helps.

Question 2

Does this have an Ethernet card or similar?  I see it doesn't have WiFi...

correct on the no wifi.. i believe the LAN is onboard as all i did was connect directly with a CAT 5e cable to the modem...this was purchased for a friend and she loves it...i installed an extra fan as a push/pull for the cpu heatsink and it runs cooler now... a good deal for the specs....

Question 3

Does this unit accept an additional hard drive that I want to place into it?

There is an open 3.5" slot to put another drive in.  I think it was intended for a floppy drive.  There is 1 power supply connector available for that slot - it may need an adapter depending on drive type.  There are 3 unused SATA connectors on the mother board.  You would need to supply the SATA cable.

Are the USB ports v3 or the older v2?

This is a three year old business lease return and has only USB 2.0 ports in it... that said, it does a good job, plenty of memory (8 gb DDR3 1333) which was not set up equally on the two channels, so check that; and a pretty large hard drive which is actually quiet.... it is a little short on cooling i found, so put in a second fan after the cpu cooler in a pull configuration that also puts more air over the northbridge heatsink....oh, and it only has a vga port out to a monitor.. i put another video card (low profile) in the pci-e space (the only one).... all in all this is a great unit at a great price...

I am wondering what type of video out this machine has? I want to connect to a TV through HDMI and am hoping that it has an HDMI out.

It has VGA out with Radeon HD 4200 integrated graphics. It will run a 720p TV through a PC hookup (if your TV has one) with analog audio with occasional pixel blackouts.

I, too, bought it to run HDTV, expecting to install a new graphics card. Trouble is, the power supply is inadequate for that at only 240 watts, and the PSU's very strange shape and BTX connections make it non-upgradeable.

I researched Add2PSU for running an extra PSU from outside the PC box, but issues re: which 12v rail would run what scared me off.

You could get a low-profile-ready PCI-E 2 or 2.1 card on NewEgg for around $10 after a rebate when it goes on sale and run it until the lack of cooling in this box and the low power burn it out.

Both the Radeon HD 5450 and GeForce 8400GS run my 720p HDTV through HDMI perfectly on a dual core Vista machine w/ 6GB RAM. The Radeon runs cooler.

Print capabilities?

Setup was relatively straight-forward. Unless I misread the question of "printing capabilities?", with plenty of USB ports, a rerial port and a parallel port, there is not much to answer here. Unless you attach an older serial or parallel printer, where there may be a problem with drivers, most newer printers should have no problems. I, personally, use a HP Officejet 8600 wirelessly on a network connection, and it seems to work OK as long as the setup was followed during installation, particularly if the router has an automated (i.e. push button) capability. Manual setup is a little more laborious, as you have to enter various networking parameters. Once set up, the printing performance is up to the printer, the computer has plenty of memory for a buffer. 
So far, so good, and expect no significant problems in the future.

Does it have WIFI integrated internally into machine?

No wireless.  You could probably buy a wireless card for it.  This is pretty much a "bare bones" basic machine.  It does have a gigabit network connection in the rear.

I tried the usb wireless did not work to good
had allot of signal drops even being close to router 
 so i invested in to a TRENDnet n600 PCIe duel band card from newegg 
mod TEW-726EC/A and it works fantastic and has half high adapter bracket
was $32
if you do search on newegg for (TEW-726EC/A) it will pop up and it works grate

Do I have to install 64 bit Microsoft home, business program with this computer?

While the OS is 64-bit, it will allow 32-bit apps to be installed.  The apps may have to be installed from an admin account, and may need to be tagged to run as administrator, but they will run.  The biggest issue is that some older apps would save information in the install directory, and since this directory is not owned by the general user, the program is not allowed to save the info.  Running the app as administrator gets around that problem.  Of course, Microsoft would prefer that you install the 64-bit version of Office to get the best performance, and to avoid these annoying issues.
