Just wondering what, if any, programs come on the system? My daughter would like to learn how to edit videos, so we're hoping that it at least has a version of Windows Movie Maker on it.

The system comes with the basic Windows 8.1 operating system and lots of junk software added by Lenovo. It doesn't come with Windows Movie Maker, but you can download it for free from the Microsoft site. One thing to note is that it only has and Core i3 processor which was never designed for movie editing, so please don't expect great performance. For basic movie editing, I would look at least and i5 or i7 processor.

No i5 is faster, but is also depends of the CPU speed, but let mi tell you something in my opinion, you can choose by the price. /you probably won't feel the difference between i5 3.10GHz and i3 3.10GHz

From the left side of the screen to the right, the width is 22.20". I'd say the dimensions are fairly accurate.

It has integrated Intel HD 4400 graphics.

Integrated graphics have come a long ways in the past couple years, but I wouldn't classify it as a "good gamer" computer.

It'll be just fine for Minecraft or Strategy Games...but for modern 3D gaming, it'll be mediocre at best.  It won't even be able to run some of them.

So really, it comes down to what kind of games you plan on running.

Can I can swap out the memory and replace it with four 4GB DDR3 memory?

Yes, it's very easy.  I've done so on quite a few.
It comes with a 4GB and 2GB stick of laptop memory.
