How many total USB ports and RAM slots does this system have?

I see 2 RAM slots (one populated) and 2 usb front and 2 more back--there might be headers for others, but USB is a bus so it is easy to fan out, externally.  A practical RAM limit would probably be 32G with the 8G stick removed.  For my purposes, manually multiboxing an MMO, it is fine as is.  The video is one of the best performers for its price.

I would like to know if this could run Garry's mod with 60 Frames per second wile recording?

Me personally i have not tried garrys mod but I've owned this computer for around a month and all I have played so far is minecraft but it is constantly at 60 fps all the time and you should have no problem with the mod at 60 fps

There is no reason why not.  It would work as expected, and boost graphics performance up to 20%.  The graphics card fitted there is one of the better performing cards and easily the best in that priice range despite 1G graphic memory.

If you run linux and want gaming performance, your choice of graphics card is far better.  Several games will not run under WINE or PlayOnLinux or even some Native Linux clients with the default graphics supplied, (driver issue).

The Borg-709 ships with DDR3 1600MHz memory, 240 Pin. 1333MHz and 1066MHz may also be used.  Maximum capacity is 32GB.

I am interested in purchasing this unit, my question is; IS there a way to request different components to be installed instead of the listed ones? I want to upgrade to 4.0GHz ( I do a lot on my pc) and want it to be fast.  I am willing to pay the price difference to get what I want.

I have this exact model. What cable is needed to run dual screen (separate outputs)? NVidia says this is capable of 3 screens but has yet to responded when asked the same question. Great product so far! Thanks for the quality build!

It comes with three video output ports enabled, 2 are DVI and the third is Mini-HDMI. You can use all three at once.
