No, the bundle does not come with Office included. That would be another buy (half again as much as the bundle!)

What is the shipping weight?

Does it have any PCI slots for a video card to be added in? And what is the power supply rated at?

Hi Scott. Not sure about the PS without taking the cover off (and mine are buried under monitors and such). As for slot for video cards - yes, there are several. The cards need to be low profile due to the SFF. I have put video cards in several of these that we have bought without a problem.

Does this have built-in wireless?

No It does not... you will need to buy a card or usb wireless.
