Does this machine come with bluetooth connectivity already installed?

No, it does not come with Bluetooth onboard. Bluetooth could be achieved easily with a small, inexpensive USB dongle that would not be in the way.

Can this computer be Vesa wall mounted like a TV would be?

No. Unfortunately it does not have VESA mounting holes. It still a great unit.

is it eligible for an upgrade for windows 10?

Yes, mine upgraded easily to Windows 10 Pro. Then I did a system reset to flush all the old files, Office 2013 (which needs a license purchase), so now it's got no bloatware and a fresh install of Win 10 Pro without the old 8.1 files. So far, so good.

Yes it does. The speakers however, aren't anything special... They do the job. Expect a Laptop, smacked onto the back of a monitor.

I have not tried this. I got 5 of these for a local community library. But looking at the specs it should play Minecraft. I guess if it does not you could always return it back to Newegg.

The power adapter output is 19.5 volts at 3.33 amps for a total of 65 watts.

Yes it does have a CD disc drive. But mine is not working. My computer said the CD drive is working properly but mine does not read the disc when I put it  in.
