Where are the USB ports and what speed are they?

Two USB 3.0 on top and are unusually positioned behind raised top front bezel and you insert usb stick or connector from back towards the front.
audio ports for headphone and mic are positioned there as well.

I can't recall if there were four (4 )or six (6) on the back, but at least two were 3.0

Question 2

Does anyone know for sure if this is a 32 bit or 64 bit machine as it is shipped from newegg?.
Seems that windows 10 pro comes both 32 or 64 bit.
It would only make sense that since it is coming with 12 gb of ram that it should be 64 bit, but nowhere in the description does it say and the reps at newegg do not know either.  The statement in the memory description  does say that only 3 gb are available on the 32 bit machine regardless of what  it has more installed.

It is a 64 bit system. 
The  difference between 32/64 bit systems is that a 32 bit system can only recognize 4 GB of ram, which is not much these days.  The fact that this computer has 12GB is your ti off that is it a 64 bit system, as as most computers sold now.
