Probably not out of the box. The reason for this would be the integrated video graphics. If you want to play newer games (things released in the last couple of years) you would be better off looking for something with more processing power and a dedicated video card.

It has output for displayport, which can be converted to HDMI.  Just search Newegg for:
Tripp Lite DisplayPort to HD Cable Adapter, DP to HDMI (M/M), DP2HDMI, 1080P, 6 ft. (P582-006).  This setup works well!
