How to update the ram?

I tried the same thing, No go. From what research I did, The motherboard essentially does not allow it, 2 slots of ram, other 2 slots are just for looks. has something to do with the ram slots "Daisy-Chained" essentially the 2 banks are wired in series, not parallel, like they would have to be to utilize all ram slots...
