The iElectrica INC page says it comes with manufacturers warranty. Is that true?

I bought aTV from iElectrica and you need to ask for a receipt from iElectrica because you are buying it through Newegg which is not an "authorized dealer" but Newegg is going through iElectrica who is an "authorized dealer" so the answer is yes it comes with a manufactures warranty but if you don't ask for a receipt from ielectrica you won't get one from them, instead you get a receipt from Newegg and that will not be acceptable to LG.  Call iElectrica's customer service and ask for Sam and he will email you a receipt which will work with the manufacturer LG.

Where is the hdmi plug, if I mount it on wall then try and plug into my DTV dvr can I without moving it off wall?

I think you should be able to,it would be tight, but I don't know for sure cause I didn't go the wall mount route.. The LG website has a step by step guide on how to install just about any peripheral you can imagine. I found it with just a brief search. 
PS. best TV I have ever owned.
