Is there a DVI port on the back?  Is the TV stand Adjustable or does it swivel?

No DVI ports. There are two HDMI ports you can use with a DVI to HDMI cable if needed.

The TV stand is fixed amd not adjustable in any direction.

I'd also like to say that this is the best television I have ever owned. Picture is amazing and the speakers are loud enough you don't need a sound bar. It is very much worth the money over a much cheaper store brand flat panel that I now have in my bedroom.

can this tv be used as a computer monitor?

I was able to use tow of these as computer monitors on my Dell Precision with dual DVI output.  Purchased two DVI to HDMI cables, and they work without a hitch.  Not sure if your running just standard 15 pin video output though.

Does this model have a standard cable coaxial connector?  This TV would be going to a relative who only has basic cable TV, no cable box.

What is the MTBF for this TV?

Nothing in the information that came with this TV showed an MTBF number which is not surprising. Establishing a reasonable MTBF for an electronic device that is constantly being changed is far to expensive whether obtained by calculation or testing and nobody asks for it. Using the Frequency of Repair guides in Consumer Reports or other publications is fairly reliable for determining the likelihood that a particular device will last as long as you want.

I just measured mine and the mounting holes are spaced 4" apart, which I believe would be 100x100
