Can it be wall mounted?

It can be mounted with a separate (generic) mounting hw for that size display.  It does not come with a wall mounting bracket (very few do).
we like ours, great value; still works well.
sound is slightly sub par, but what display of that nature has good sound?!

Question 2

Checking for RCA type input for security camera/monitor. Will this work?

Hi, I just looked at the back of my TV and there is an "RCA" jack that will accommodate the video and audio input of a video surveillance system. The typical yellow, red, white option is available on this TV.

No, it does not come with a vga cable. However, it does have  vga and 1/8" audio ports to connect to a pc. Hope this helps.

What is the refresh rate and does it have a true motion rate?
Is it new, not refurbished?

The TV is New
The refresh is 60 Hz

The picture looks great, so the true motion might be true

Unfortunately mine went black after 2 months, I'm currently in the process of exchanging them directly with Sceptre

Out of the 3 Sceptre TV's I have bought, 2 have had problems, and needed to be exchanged, though they had a great picture

I recommend getting the Newegg warranty for these cases (I didn't, now I need to get special boxes and pay for shipping)

I've owned this TV since 2012 and never had any issues with the TV itself watching anything.

When I bought the TV some reviews were complaining about the TV stand being flimsy and not able to hold the TV's weight so I bought a wall mount to mount it on a wall instead.

Being able to pull the TV out and rotate it in multiple directions really helps in getting a better picture when lots of people are in the room, like for sports games.

Is the tv easy to mount on a wall,nor is it made only for the included stand?

When I purchased this tv it was for the lobby in a residence hall. We have it mounted to the wall using a swivel bracket that allows the tv to come out from the wall. I would suggest a similar one based off of the positioning of the ports, unless you don't plan to plug and unplug much. Also, external speakers are highly recommended. The one we have has some issues with projecting sound outward.

60Hz.  Have had mine for around a month and have been quite happy with it.  I use it with a 4-port HDMI/USB KVM switch and drive it with an AMD A-350 APU powered Kubuntu box, an A10-6800K AP
U powered Win7 Pro 64 system, a Raspberry Pi and occasionally with a DirecTV satellite tuner through an HDMI splitter.  No real complaints using it with non-gamer GUIs on the computers and some sports on the TV.  Hard to beat for the price.

How well does this product work as a PC monitor for MMO games, like SWTOR or WoW, etc.?

The color was a bit washed out for WOW. I got it to work after several days of messing with it. Ended up putting this in my spare room and buying a smart tv for the contrast.

I believe it is a 60 hz refresh rate. I have another TV that is 120 hz and to be honest, I can't tell the difference. Hope this helps.
