Question 1

This product is advertised for a space up to 2000 sq. ft.  How many BTU does it produce?  What size space are you using it in?  Do you think it would be efficient in a space that large?

I have this heater in 15x24 area set on 70 degrees 33 degrees outside and it runs 24 hrs a day and still will not heat my room. I bought this heater hoping I could use it in a 30 x 28 area, but you could not tell it was heating anything, so I put it in a smaller area.Very disappointed with this product. Would not buy another one.

Question 2

Is this a new unit or a used unit?  the picture displayed shows spots and dust on it?  Also do you have a warranty on it for longer than a year that one could purchase?

Thank you for contacting us with your question. The item is brand new. It will come closed in the original retail package with manufacturer seal. Normally, if the item was refurbished or open box it would be listed on the product page.

We currently do not have an extended warranty for this unit.
