Does this exhaust everything it sucks in out of the back? or is there a filter? is it a reusable filter?

It has a paper filer that is easy to empty and is replaceable.  It is a simple bag, not pleated.  Mine came with 3 filters.  I have used it 20-30 times and am still using the same filter.

Does this vacuum have a carrying strap?

Yes, but no affixed mounting points for the strap to attach to. I threaded mine through the handle, and that works fine.

Is this a non-static vacuum?

This particular model? Technically, no.  However, when using it for the very occasional computer interior blowout, I use the same regular anti-static ESD wrist/ground strap I use when building systems.  It has worked for me very well.  If you are truly concerned with static and willing to pay a bit more, Metrovac does make an ESD version of this vac that includes a wrist static guard it is a bit more expensive however.  Search for the Metrovac Datavac series ESD here on newegg.  Honestly, this model with an ESD wrist strap has worked for me for over a year with no issues whatsoever.

It should be noted that this vac is EXTREMELY loud and best used when alone in the office.  It literally sounds like a jet engine.  It does a fantastic job cleaning my all my machines in the office, from computers (inside and out), copiers, printers, etc.  Lots of attachments, lightweight, fast, and furious... but loud..:-)

How much horse power does it have?

The box says 1/2 horse power. I don't use it for a vacuum. But for cleaning out PC's/Keyboards/Servers etc. It is amazing. No more canned air for me.

What is the actual size or dimension or weight of this vaccum?

The vacuum weighs maybe 1 pound if that. It isn't too heavy. It is about as long as a keyboard and about 6-7 inches tall (with the handle).

How Big is the Dust Brush?  I'm looking for something that is 1/2" in diameter

Honestly, I do not know how big the Dust Brush is in size I have never measured it I would assume just by looking at it that it's about a 1/2 inch.

Is this safe for using inside of a PC? ESD to worry about it?

This is what we purchased this to do. It works great. Has plenty of blowing force. We got frustrated with buying canned air. If you buy canned air this will pay for itself very quickly. Plus it always ready to work.

I am going to be using this in a Photo Lab, do you know if you're able to use another hose or if an extension hose is available?

I went to my local vacuum repair shop shop and they made me an extension using regular vac hose for 10 bucks. Easy solve.
