9 pounds 15.00"L x 6.00"W x 16.00"H it is relatively small and light.  I keep it under my desk to warm my  feet ankles and calf's I'm very happy with it compared to a ceramic heater that turns on and off.  Also safer if it  accidentally gets knocked over or something falls on or in front of it.  if you are trying to heat a larger area something with a fan is probably better however for its intended purpose this is excellent.
