Does the unit come with a drainage hose to use with the pump?

To answer your question, yes it does come with the drain hose.

Now, as much as I like newegg and would hate them to loose a sale, I have to add to the response.

Although the unit did perform well as a dehumidifier and even though it is Energy Star rated, it ran constantly and was not cost effective at all.  Actually, I have replaced with a comparable Frigidaire model and brought my kilowatt usage back down to normal consumption.

I keep my basement dehumidifier on line 24/7 year around.  I am also a retired electrician (45 years) and have the appropriate meter to monitor the individual usage of an appliance.

I still have the Friedrich unit but only as a back up incase the newer unit fails.  I can't express enough how expensive it was to run this unit!

What are the dimensions of the 70 Pint?

70 Pint is almost 9 Gallons.

So if you plug it in for 24 hours supposedly it will pump out almost 9 gallons of water.

I have it and pretty good.

How high can water be pumped?

about 10'.  However my continuous drain has stopped working after a year and the pump works intermittently, so now I have to drain the bucket regularly which is a problem as I'm not home often. After finding out my unit is just out of warranty, Friedrich stopped responding to my email about the problem so I can't say I'd recommend this unit anymore if you need either of these features.  It does dry the air very well if you can empty the bucket daily, but continuous draining was a feature I needed.

does the fan shut off when the compressor shuts off ?

I've had one of these running unattended for two months now in a summer house I own.  I wondered the same thing but what I've found is that the unit runs the fan after the compressor stops until it "decides" the humidity is well enough below the % you set if for.   This makes it appear to run continuously until (I think) it gets a few points below the humidity % you have it set for.  Since the setting is in 5 degree increments, its hard to figure out what is going on and for some time I thought it just ran continuously no matter what, but eventually it does shut the fan off.
Also, I've run it down to 51degrees so far without any issues and it works very well.  I wish I had another coupon to buy a second one.
