does it come with the turbo tool?

I was missing a tool when it arrived, I think that it was the turbo tool. The attachment that was for drapes, stairs, etc. I called Hoover and they did not have the one for this model but sent me one for another model. They said that although the color did not match this machine, it is otherwise exactly the same and does all the same things. I have not had a chance to use this attachment yet but the vacuum cleaner otherwise works great.

Does it come with a turbo tool?

Mine did not, even though the listing said it did. I wrote to Newegg and they just sent me return info. I love the vacuum, just wish it had everything they said it did
