Does this model come with Windows 11? It is not listed in the description

Yes, I ordered mine a few months ago and it came with Windows 11 Home pre-installed.

The description states the USB-C port is powered but does not say that the USB-A is powered. Can I use an external HDD with the USB-A port (seagate 5TB portable drive?)

I do on mine with the same drive but you have to have the laptop plugged in.

How do I get exact replacement charger with right tip for this model?

Sorry I just got mine and do not know. I really do like this laptop though especially for the price
