    • 1. The whisk attachment is not securely installed in the slot or is misaligned. The attachment needs to be reinstalled.

      2. The milk frother is tilted too much during mixing. Straighten the milk frother or tilt it slightly during use.

    • Because the stand is lighter than the milk frother, it may wobble when placed in the stand. You can place the stand against a supported wall. Alternatively, you can place the milk frother upside down normally.

    • 1. There is too much milk. Please fill the cup to 1/3 capacity before frothing.

      2. The frother whisk is not fully submerged in the milk.

    • 1. Please fully charge the milk frother before use. Low battery will affect the performance.

      2. If the power is still weak after charging, please request a replacement.
