Our manufacturer has been producing sheathed heating elements for over 50 years. They carefully select raw materials and have strict quality regulation standards that assure a top quality and reliable over time product. All the elements are 100% tested and are outsourced for chemical analyses, raw materials tests (steel, oxides), corrosion and mechanical tests, or the issue of electro-magnetic compatibility certificates to current regulations.
- Alloys used are rated for good strength
- Oxidation resistant at continuous temperatures up to 2000 degrees F.
- Alloys used: Incoloy 840 & AISI 309
- Made in North America
