Which tripods is this device compatible with? Why can't I turn on the device?
The device can be used with accessories with a 1/4" tripod thread. SV-Y03CG can also be placed on a horizontal surface. The battery may be shipped with a maximum of 30% charge. Therefore, we recommend that you fully charge it before first use.
How do I tell if the line is level in self-leveling mode?
The laser will flash rapidly and beep to indicate the laser is not level. Calibration is automatic within 3°±1°.
Why do we need pulse mode?
In an environment with strong outdoor light, the visibility of the laser line may be reduced. So lf you need to work in bright light or outdoor for a longer distance, the pulse mode and a laser receiver are necessary.
Why can't I use pulse mode?
The laser receiver parameters suitable for SV-Y03CG are: duty cycle 5:5, frequency 10kHz. We will be happy to recommend a suitable laser receiver for you.
Why are there scattered lines around the laser?
The laser is generated in a smooth environment or near reflective objects such as glass/windows. These are light reflections, which are normal and do not affect normal use.
