The swivel ball joint is tight, causing difficulty in adjusting the angle.
The swivel ball joint needs to be installed onto the shower arm first before the angle can be easily adjusted due to leverage. Adjusting the head out of the box by hand does not reflect its swivel capability after installation.
Is there a leak at the connection point?
Check if the filtered rubber washer inside the connector is placed and flattened properly, avoid overtightening the connector or the gasket may get squeezed. Use some Teflon tape (3-5 circles) as an auxiliary measure to prevent leakage.
Is there a leak coming from the massage shower head?
The leakage may be caused by a loose cap on the filter replacement part. Please tighten the cap on the left side to the maximum extent and wait for a few minutes to see if the leakage continues to exist.

Our shower head is designed to be compatible with the widely used standard G1/2 interface. However, please note that if your home has a different interface and not the G1/2, the shower head will not be compatible.
