Is my child's smartphone compatible with the Heromask VR headset?
To be compatible, these are the requirements:
- iPhone 5S or later.
- Android 7.0 or later with gyoroscope sensor - you can check it by looking at the specifications of the mobile, or by asking us.
- Max size 6.5 in long by 3 in wide.
What is the recommended age range and what specific math skills does it teach?
We start from a type of video game that we know interests and motivates children from 5 to 12 years old, isolates the difficulty, favors repetition, learns by exploration, autonomy, independence and freedom of choice.
Do I need to buy separate games or subscriptions after purchasing the headset?
No, the app is included with your purchase of the VR headset. If you buy Heromask Languages, it includes the language learning app; if you buy Heromask Mathematics, it includes the math practice app. No extra costs, no subscriptions.
Is the headset comfortable and how long can my child use it safely?
Soft, removable face pad and adjustable straps for a comfortable fit. Use the headset for 20–30 minutes at a time; games are short to encourage breaks. Similar to watching YouTube or playing on a phone—use it responsibly.
How difficult is the setup process to get started?
It’s easy: go to our website, register with your unlock code and log into the app. A step-by-step setup guide is available online or via the QR in the box. For any questions, contact our support.
