- Why is my video not playing?
- Please make sure your disc, USB, or SD card(up tp 32GB) and files format meet our portable DVD player format requirements. If it still doesn't work, it is also possible that the machine's parts were damaged during shipping, please tell us promptly for a replacement.
- There is no HDMI port, how can I connect to the TV?
- Our portable DVD player has a 3-in-1 AV cable and interface, please use the AV cable to connect to the TV. If your TV only has an HDMI interface, please buy an HDMI and 3-in-1 AV cable adapter, so that DVD playback can be realized connected to the TV.
- Can it play Blu-ray?
- Our portable DVD player does not support Blu-ray DVDs.
