Note:
Universal External 3.5-inch Floppy Disk Reader does not play 5.25-inch discs and cannot be used with TVs, cars, or smartphones.

Q: The computer does not recognize the drive

A: First determine if you are using a desktop or laptop. The floppy drive is a 2.0 USB port, and compatibility problems may occur when plugged into the USB3.0 device port. If it is a desktop computer, please insert the floppy disk drive into the port on the back of the host or press the eject button for 5-10 seconds

Q: Not available for Windows 10

Q: Photos cannot be displayed

A: The floppy disk is limited to saving files, not pictures, so pictures will not be displayed
