It doesn't need a backer pad and it quickly removes the top layers of finish with less clogging during use. With its extra long-lasting scrubbing performance, you'll replace the pad less often, so you’ll spend even less time getting your floors ready to shine. Requires only neutral cleaner or water to effectively remove floor finish, preparing the floor for finish application. Clogs less than competitive scrub and recoat pads. Does not require the use of a backer pad. Lasts longer than competitive pads and performs better throughout the life of the pad. Helps reduce labor hours and material costs related to stripping floors. Effectively removes floor finish, leaving a clean surface ready for recoating. Prepares wood, vinyl tile, sheet vinyl, marble, terrazzo and concrete floors for finish application. Cleaning Process: Dust mop entire floor prior to scrubbing. Install appropriate sized Scotch-Brite Surface Preparation Pad Plus on cleaning equipment. SPP Plus can be used on automatic scrubbers, rotary floor machines, or rectangular (orbital) floor machines without a backer floor pad. Wet the floor with water or neutral cleaner and scrub the floor to desired result. Both sides of the pad can be used. When desired, pad can be flipped. Pick up dirty solution with a mop, wet vacuum, or automatic scrubber. Rinse floor and let dry prior to recoating or opening to traffic. Pads may be rinsed with water to clean if desired. Helps Improve Safety and Productivity: No slippery residue from strippers. No stripper cleanup on baseboards or nearby floors. No chemical contamination on skin, clothes and shoes. |
