    Corning FuseLite Splice-On Connectors

    Match connector interface and fiber preparation

    These Corning FuseLite and FuseLite 2 products provide splice-on connector options for OS2 singlemode fiber. Match LC or SC, APC or UPC, and the specified 900-micrometer or fan-out configuration. Connector generation and installation tooling vary by model; use the compatible fusion-splicing equipment and the model-specific installation procedure.

    This box contains 10 genuine Corning FuseLite SOC-LCA-FAN-SM field-installable splice-on connectors for single-mode OS2 fiber. Each LC/APC connector features a green composite housing and boot, a factory-polished end face, and integrated splice protection for fast, reliable fusion-splice termination without a separate splice tray. Typical insertion loss is 0.15 dB, maximum insertion loss is 0.3 dB, and reflectance is -65 dB. Rated for operation from -40°C to 75°C and compliant with Telcordia GR-326-CORE, GR-1081-CORE, and RoHS 2011/65/EU. Ideal for reflectance-sensitive applications, network restoration, and cable trunk repair.
